Are all your brands low GI or reduced sugar?
Not all of our brands are the same — Sugarless Confectionery is sugar-free, Little Joy is vegan, and Sugarlean offers low GI sugar options, giving customers a range of choices to suit different preferences.
Are your packets recyclable?
Yes. Our flow pack film is 100% recyclable, made from monocomponent polypropylene plastic, and our paper packaging is also recyclable.

Do your products contain artificial sweeteners?
No. Our products are made using sweeteners from natural sources and do not contain artificial sweeteners.
Are your products gluten-free?
Some of our products are gluten-free, while others are not. We recommend checking the packaging for the most up-to-date ingredient and allergen information — and if you’re still unsure, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I use Sugarlean Low GI Sugar in baking and cooking?
Yes — Sugarlean Low GI Sugar can be used in baking and cooking just like regular sugar. However, because it behaves differently from traditional sugar in some recipes, we recommend following recipes specifically designed for low-GI sweeteners when possible for the best results.

What does “Low GI” good for?
Low GI is good for supporting steady energy levels and helping avoid sharp spikes and crashes in blood sugar.
Are your products suitable for people with diabetes?
Only our Sugarless Confectionery range is suitable for people with diabetes. We always recommend checking the packaging or consulting a healthcare professional if you have specific dietary concerns.
Can children consume Sugarlean products?
Sugarless Confectionery is not suitable for children under 3 years old and may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. Little Joy products are suitable for children and should be enjoyed in moderation.
Ordering & Payment
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it can only be edited or cancelled within a short timeframe before it’s processed. If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes, so please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email – what should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll be happy to help confirm your order.
What is the currency?
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. You can change your country and currency using the selector in the top menu.

We currently ship Australia-wide only. If you’re an overseas customer, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help connect you with your nearest distributor.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Australia, depending on your location.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We’ll work with our delivery partners to track your order and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
